SUPERSTITION TECH CREW:
The Superstition
crew will consist ultimately of 8 capable individuals in addition to the Lead
and Assistant Stage Managers. Crew members will play a vital part in the
creation of the show, helping to construct the set and props, as well as aiding
in the creation of the overall effect of the play for the audience. Any

Our first work party will be Saturday
2/4, with an additional work party on Sunday 2/5 to complete construction of
the seating onstage. Work parties will run from 10:00AM to 5:00PM both days,
unless finished earlier. All crew members are expected to attend unless stage
management is notified beforehand. The technical positions for Superstition are as follows;
Board
Op
Board op will be responsible for
managing one of the technical boards alongside the Lead Stage Manager
throughout the run of the show.
Run
Crew (4)
Run crew in this show will be
responsible for changing the sets on stage in front of the audience, and
therefore must be able to act maturely and responsibly in front of an audience.
Run crew will also be responsible for managing the flies and other assorted
tasks throughout the run of the show. Run crew will be headed by the Assistant
Stage Manager acting as Deck Lead.
Costumers

Costumers will be responsible for
costume preparation and maintenance, as well as standing by backstage during
performances to help with special makeup effects.
House
Manager
House manager will be responsible for
helping out with ticket sales and general management on performance nights, and
must be able to alert audience members of doors opening and closing, as well as
providing direct customer service. House manager must be able to work well with
others.
